Cardio-Kickboxing Program -ETO's program is geared to improve cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance and flexibility for all fitness levels while offering variety like no other!  The program was developed by ETO founder Missan Edwards.  Miss Missan has been teaching a blend of Martial Arts and Aerobics for over 20 years!  In addition to her Martial Arts experience, she is certified as a fitness instructor by the American Council of Exercise and has won several Aerobics and Cardio Kickboxing Championships.
