Martial Arts for Youth and  Adults - This 1 Hour class boosts an innovative program that incorporates the best of all styles philosophy, practicing a blend of Korean, Chinese, Japanese, and American techniques. Each class incorporates the 3 components of fitness: cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance and flexibility. This practice creates a balanced exercise program for students of all ages. In addition to techniques and self-defense, SAFETY is a must in every class. Martial Arts is a CONTACT sport, so sparring equipment is MANDATORY as well as adherence to safety guidelines. 

           

  Weapons Class for Youth and Adults -  Beginning at Green Belt level, students are trained to develop techniques used with traditional Martial Arts weapons including but not limited to the Bo, Nunchaku, Broad Sword, Long Spear, Tonfa, and Escrima Sticks.
