ETO's fitness program is geared to improve cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, and flexibility for all fitness levels while offering variety like no other.  The program was designed by ETO's Founder Missan Edwards who is an ACE  (American Council of Exercise) certified instructor.  Classes adhere to safe exercise guidelines while incorporating martial arts with current fitness trends for an extra flavor of fun and motivation.
